Meet Your Dance and Pilates Instructor, Beth

The story behind the business

Hi! I'm Beth.


I am a qualified, professional dance instructor, Pilates instructor, and holistic massage therapist, passionate about promoting all-round wellbeing.


After spending over 30 years in the dance industry, movement has always been at the heart of my career. For me, movement to music is essential for maintaining my wellness. In short, music and movement are my therapy.


I began ballet at the age of 5, which is considered quite late compared to many young dancers, and soon after, I was also taking tap and modern dance classes. From the very start, I fell in love with it all. From stork walks and magic mirror arms to pirouettes and split leaps, my life felt incomplete without dance.


In 2014, I qualified as an RAD ballet teacher and have enjoyed teaching for over 11 years at Dance Fusion in Hereford, offering classes for everyone from toddlers to adults. Additionally, I have 6 years of experience teaching aerial skills, both in competition and in the classroom. My passion for dance remains as strong as it was when I first started, and you can still find me prancing around at home with my earbuds in! As I mentioned, music and movement are my therapy!


Since 2008, I have also been a qualified holistic massage therapist. I used to work as a mobile therapist in Herefordshire and Gloucestershire, partnering with lovely holiday venues to pamper their guests.


With my extensive training in anatomy and physiology, I continually expand my knowledge to enhance my work. During the pandemic, I focused on helping people explore their flexibility by teaching stretching classes, which only fueled my passion further.


As we step into 2024 (hey!), I decided it was the perfect time to launch my brand new, personally formulated Productive Wellbeing programme. This programme beautifully combines movement and music while enhancing your flexibility and daily mobility.


Since starting my Productive Wellbeing programme, my journey and knowledge have continued to grow. I've recently added Pilates to my certifications and begun my training in pre and postnatal fitness.


I can't wait to share it all with you! Let's move better to feel better!
